Our principal Solicitor and Director, Kirsten is a former pupil of Kirkintilloch High School and Strathclyde University graduate, she was admitted as a Solicitor and Notary Public in 1991. Specialising in property, wills and executries, Kirsten had 25 years experience with firms large and small in west central Scotland before returning to her Kirkintilloch roots to set up her own business in 2017. Since then, Anderson Legal Ltd has grown to employ several local people and our reputation as the friendly local firm flourishes.

Andrew Kenneth Mack

Associate Solicitor, member of STEP and Notary Public
After leaving Bishopbriggs Academy, Andy graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2016. The Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow followed before training at a major commercial firm before joining us in 2020. Andy has been awarded the STEP Diploma with distinction and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Andy’s areas of expertise are Wills, Power of Attorney and Executries. He is our Inheritance Tax expert and can offer advice on the steps you can take now to save your family stress and money after your death.

Laura Telfer

Member of the Scottish Paralegal Association
Laura joined Anderson Legal following the company’s establishment in 2017 and is an indispensable part of our team. Following completion of her Accountancy degree from Glasgow Caledonian University in June 2023, Laura has since gained her Residential Conveyancing Paralegal qualification and now has over 8 years of legal experience while holding a senior position in our Conveyancing department. Laura specialises in house sales, house purchases, transfers of title, discharges, and remortgages. Laura’s wealth of knowledge is not only demonstrated through her dedication and commitment to her clients, but also plays a vital role in training new members of the team.

Jessica Brown
Trainee Solicitor
Jessica joined the team in March 2024 as an legal assistant and began her traineeship in the conveyancing department in July 2024. She graduated from the University of the West of Scotland in 2021 with a BA (Hons) in Law then at the University of Strathclyde, she completed the Fast-track LLB in 2023 and finally her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2024. Since joining the firm, Jessica has become a key member of the conveyancing team assisting clients with all aspects of property transactions. Jessica ensures clients receive clear, practical, and reliable legal advice throughout the process. Her attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction makes her an invaluable member of the team.

Saskia Liddell
Trainee Solicitor
Saskia joined the team in September 2024 as one of our Trainee Solicitors. She graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2023 with her Scots Law LLB, before continuing her studies at Aberdeen and completing the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2024. Saskia currently works within our Conveyancing department and is dedicated to assisting our clients and offering support. Outside of work, Saskia enjoys the outdoors, hill walking and sports which helps to maintain a well-rounded approach to both professional and personal growth.”

Fraser Telfer
Senior Conveyancing Assistant
Fraser joined Anderson Legal on a part-time basis in May 2021 while studying Marketing and Human Resource Management at the University of Strathclyde. Following graduation in June 2024, Fraser has since returned to university to undertake his LLB law degree. Fraser plays a vital role in our Conveyancing department through offering client advice, delivering quotes, drafting legal documents and working alongside our Paralegals and Solicitors to assist in all aspects of property transactions. Fraser maintains an engaged work ethic and specialises primarily in house sales, house purchases, and discharges.
